Sole responsibility for Pulse. Drafting and reviewing of agreements including but not limited to NDA's, supplier agreements, SaaS, EULA, Sponsorship and licensing agreements.Providing advice on GDPR to all service lines.Drafting of Policy, Processes and Legal Operation mapping.Conduct KYC/AML checks on clients including adverse media.Management of upstream and internal risks.Carry out Control Monitoring and Testing Audits and reporting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Ensuring legal compliance across the company products websites including Pulse.Providing support to Media and Marketing team on sponsorship, tours and podcasts.
