- Handling the boutique starting from beginning of July 2019, to improve the mystery shopping rating awarded earlier.- Implementing the changes on the duty timings to suit the staff member and myself.- Introducing the radical changes on the customer experience in the Hublot boutique to match the expectations of the Hublot HQ and their requirements.- Client Centric Questions, Hublotista platform introduction and its benefits to the Hublot owners are crucially inserted in the sales talks with customers and visitors.- Customers’ contacts list and database established and continuously contacted for new collections and new arrivals.- Highly successful Hublot campaign during the Jewellery Arabia 2019 participation for the 10th year.- Controlling the stock and inventory and executing the necessary replenishment orders as well as custom orders for particular customers.- Reporting to HQ monthly about the stock and the sales at the different locations POS and boutique.
