I define and enforce ambitious sales and revenue targets in accordance with international growth plans, marketing strategies, and long-term corporate objectives. As the GROW team lead, my primary objective is to maximise brand visibility and awareness through outbound prospecting; I leverage A/B testing and data analytics to generate detailed client profiles and promising sales leads. Key Achievements: ~ Key contributor to company scale-up from 30 to 150+ employees; expanded the global business from exclusively France and Belgium to Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic.~ Improved second-round financing by integrating new languages and business models formerly limited to French. ~ Established new Cyprus office from the ground up; built high-performing team of 18 sales, marketing, and compliance staff.~ Created local and international website platforms to achieve synergy and cohesion across all global teams, processes, marketing tactics, and sales programs. ~ Significantly optimised lead generation and prospecting efforts by automating monitoring and feedback systems.
