Bobby is responsible for administrative management of the company, overseeing stockholder relations and assisting in leading the company’s internal fund-raising initiatives. Bobby is also responsible for internal human resources and assists ICP client teams in providing clients with tactical and strategic advice.Inveniam's business model is to create access to world-class advisory services for SMEs and NFPs, helping them access the debt and equity markets more efficiently with their current local legal, and accounting teams, and assisting their current professional service providers with the capability to close transactions utilizing a networked platform for investors, service providers, and issuers. Our target SMEs have revenues between $5 million and $200 million, and are largely located in areas with less access to capital, but of meaningful economic opportunity, which we define loosely as areas outside the top 25 metropolitan statistical areas (“MSAs”).Prior to ICP Bobby has gained experience in both investing as a venture capitalist by providing capital to build enterprise value, and as a clinical therapist by applying positive and clinical psychology to patients. Bobby is keenly aware of the intersections of psychology and finance and brings this experiences to Inveniam personnel and clients.
