Led a team of hardware engineers and technicians in the development of the first generation of an unload robot for floor-loaded containers. Robot integrates off the shelf parts with in-house designed subsystems, particularly related to power distribution and support of our Machine Learning powered Vision System. Supported development of supply chain function and design of the first manufacturing operationfor small volume. Leveraged Risk tracking and management, to drive the design of design validation and system level test plans.Designed and deployed processes and tools for program tracking and internal reporting acrossfunctions and to our executive group.
