-Part of a small team that successfully launched a socially conscious Marketplace platform within TOMS.com for over 40 entrepreneurs-Identify prospective Marketplace partners and guide them through the account onboarding process-Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for all Marketplace accounts-Develop strategies and processes that accounts can utilize to streamline their day-to-day operations-Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Supply Chain and Buying/Planning-Negotiate wholesale costs with accounts in order to meet TOMS’ minimum profit requirements-Identify new partnership and business development opportunities to increase Marketplace brandawareness and sales
